Sitzungsräume

KPMG Alpen-Treuhand GmbH, chartered accountants and tax consultants, have been based in the magnificent and imperial premises of the former Tobacco Monopoly in Porzellangasse, in Vienna’s 9th district, for quite some time now. The meeting rooms and client conference rooms are equipped with excellent technology and high-quality furniture and seating.

On the walls, visitors will find outstanding works by internationally renowned artists. The only thing missing from these rooms previously was a certain kind of atmosphere and uniqueness: that and the acoustics in these huge rooms furnished only with seats were not ideal. The design team around Stefan Umdasch picked out the colours in the artworks in the individual rooms and designed a sound-insulating, backlit, and suspended fabric panel for each room, lending a positive atmosphere, good acoustics and a distinctive character to the space. This concept was also partly used on the walls.
